Order Processing

After successful payment confirmation, the order can proceed to service fulfillment.

Payment Confirmation

A successful payment must be confirmed before JavaVPS proceeds with the applicable order fulfillment process.

Payment Received The payment status is successfully confirmed.

Order Recorded Relevant order information is recorded for processing and service fulfillment.

Service Fulfillment The VPS order can proceed to the applicable provisioning stage.

A payment authorization, pending transaction, or unsuccessful transaction does not necessarily mean that an order has been fully completed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Payment & VPS Order Processing

Payment confirmation is an important step in the JavaVPS order workflow. Once the applicable payment status has been confirmed, the order may move forward for VPS provisioning and digital service delivery.

Payment status is reviewed through the applicable payment process.
Order information is matched with the selected VPS configuration.
The order proceeds to the applicable fulfillment stage.
VPS service information can then be delivered electronically according to the applicable delivery process.

Clear transaction records JavaVPS may retain appropriate order and fulfillment records to support accurate transaction administration and service delivery.

PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS

Refunds & Payment Reversals

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable JavaVPS refund terms and the conditions associated with the purchased service.

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund process may use the original payment method or another available method permitted by the payment provider and applicable transaction conditions.

Refund Review Requests are reviewed according to the applicable refund policy and order circumstances.

Payment Method Approved refunds are processed using an applicable payment route where available.

Processing Time The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
