This Acceptable Use Policy defines responsible use requirements for JavaVPS services and helps maintain a secure, lawful, and reliable hosting environment for customers and network users.
Acceptable Use Policy Overview
JavaVPS provides VPS hosting services for legitimate websites, applications, development environments, business projects, personal projects, and other lawful online activities.
Customers must use their VPS services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, security requirements, and the JavaVPS Terms of Service.
Lawful Use Requirements
Customers may not use JavaVPS services to conduct, facilitate, promote, or support activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Security & Abuse Prevention
Customers must not use JavaVPS services to compromise, disrupt, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, devices, or data.
Unauthorized Access
No unauthorized access to systems, accounts, applications, or networks.
Malware
No deployment of malware, ransomware, destructive software, or similar threats.
Network Attacks
No activity intended to disrupt or degrade third-party systems or network services.
Credential Abuse
No unauthorized collection, testing, sale, or use of account credentials.
Network & Infrastructure Activity
JavaVPS services must not be used in a way that creates unreasonable risk to network stability, infrastructure security, or the availability of services for other users.
Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
Port scanning or vulnerability testing against systems without authorization.
Traffic designed to overwhelm or disrupt third-party infrastructure.
Deliberate attempts to bypass network, authentication, or security controls.
Content & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that content hosted, transmitted, or operated through their VPS services does not unlawfully infringe the rights of others.
Copyright
Respect copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Trademarks
Do not misuse third-party trademarks or protected brand assets.
Protected Material
Use appropriate authorization for protected content and materials.
Legal Complaints
Copyright and other legal complaints may be reviewed under applicable procedures.
Fraud, Deception & Misuse
JavaVPS services may not be used to conduct or facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or abusive activities.
Email & Messaging Abuse
Customers must not use JavaVPS infrastructure for abusive email or messaging activities that violate applicable laws, recipient expectations, or network reputation requirements.
- No unsolicited bulk messaging intended to cause abuse or disruption.
- No phishing, deceptive messages, or impersonation campaigns.
- No deliberate attempts to bypass spam, abuse, or recipient controls.
- Customers should maintain appropriate sending practices and valid recipient relationships.
Resource Usage & Service Stability
Customers should operate applications and services in a manner that does not intentionally interfere with network performance, infrastructure stability, or the normal operation of JavaVPS services.
CPU & Memory
Applications should operate within the resources allocated to the purchased VPS.
Storage
Stored data should comply with applicable law and this policy.
Network Traffic
Traffic must not intentionally create harmful or unreasonable network conditions.
Policy Enforcement
When JavaVPS receives a credible abuse report or identifies activity that may violate this policy, the relevant information may be reviewed to determine an appropriate response.
Review
Relevant account, service, technical, and abuse information may be reviewed.
Clarification
Additional information may be requested when the circumstances require further review.
Protective Action
Depending on severity and circumstances, access to affected resources may be restricted while an issue is reviewed.
